Temporary marquees to replace the Gidge Ag Hall space which will not be available for this year's Show

The Ag Society committee was recently advised by the City of Swan that the Ag Hall renovation project won't be completed in time for the 2026 Show. Two temporary marquees are to be used instead and the reduced space and changed layout has required a downsize in the competitions for this year only.  Until otherwise advised entries will not be accepted for the Adults Art (Section T) competition. Entries will be accepted for Childrens Art (Section TC).  Following advice from RASWA the poultry competition has been cancelled as well.

The Ag Society committee apologises for these exclusions and trusts our community members understand the situation is beyond our control.

How to complete your online competition entry

Read this guidance in full first then click the Enter Classes link at the bottom.  This will open in a new window/tab so you can easily refer back to this page if needed.

  1. If you haven't already created an account you will be asked to create one during the competition entry process

  • Use your email address as your login

  • You will need to use a strong password using between 8 and 64 characters, contain at least an UPPERCASE and a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*()\-_=+{};:,<.>)

  • Make sure the email address you use is monitored regularly, as all updates and invoices will be sent there.

  1. Click the Enter Classes link to see those competition classes which are open for entry

  • Click on the SECTION to expand into Classes and Groups
  • All listings wil have a VIEW button to show the details. 
  • Section and Group Championship competitions have a trophy symbol and a VIEW button which will show which classes are eligible.
  • Classes open to entries will have an ADD button - click to add this class to your entries list on the right.

  1. When you have finished adding entries, click Enter Selected Classes

  • If you haven't logged in at this point you will be taken to the Sign In screen.  If you have already created an account, log in using your email address and password.
  • If you haven't created an account yet, click the Create Account link near the NEXT button.
    • Enter your First and Last names (these will be used for entries, applications and email notifications).
    • Your email address will be your login so enter it twice to make sure it is correct.
    • You will need to use a strong password using between 8 and 64 characters, contain at least an UPPERCASE and a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$%^&*()\-_=+{};:,<.>).
    • Enter your password again to confirm it.
    • Tick the acceptance box for the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
    • Click Create Account after which you will return to the Enter Classes page.
  • Choose who is applying from the drop down list - Choose **Create New** to add a new contact to your account (family members can be added here so their competition entries can be managed under your account).
  • You may need to update the contact information to include Address, Mobile number, and Bank details (these are required for entrants 16 and over in order to receive cash prizes).
  • For entry to animal classes you will be prompted for details about each animal to be entered.

  1. Once the entries are complete click Submit Entry and Pay

  • Your Shopping Cart will list your entries - you can add more or remove entries by clicking those links.
  • Click GO TO CHECKOUT when you're done.
  • Tick the Terms and Conditions acceptance box.
  • Click Pay with Card to use a credit or debit card or Request an Invoice to pay via EFT later.
  • Enter your card details and complete the transaction.

  1. You will receive automatic email confirmations of

  • New account creation (if you created a new acount).
  • Confirmation of competition entries (you will receive an Order listing your entries and entry fees with an invoice attached to provide payment details).
  1. You can log back in at any time and view or update your account information, competition entries and see your account billing status.
