How to Complete Your Gidge Show SuperShow Trade Application

Please note: We are operating an ‘Apply First - Pay On Acceptance’ process in 2026.

  1. Review the available Trade Areas on the Site Maps, and Pricing

  • All information on https://www.gidgeshow.org.au/trade-stalls

  • You will be asked to create an account to proceed.
    Make sure the email address you use is monitored regularly, as all application updates and invoices will be sent there.

    • New users for this SuperShow site: select Create Account
    • Returning exhibitors: sign in using your existing email and password
  • Click Add New Application or Complete one you have already started

  1. Complete Applicant & Company Information

  • Fill in your core business details exactly as you want them displayed.
  1. Check the Site Maps, then select Trade Stand Area & SIze

  • Food & Drink Vendor, Area 1, Area 2, Area 3
  • Choose Stand Type / Size
  1. Order additional vendor staff passes

  • Showgrounds entry for 2 vendor staff is included with each vendor application.

  1. Continue through the application process, completing required fields

You can return to complete your application later, if you need to gather some additional information.
Simply log back into your Account Dashboard to complete any unfinished applications https://www.gidgeshow.org.au/account/trade-applications

  1. Review Your Application Carefully

Before submitting:

  • Confirm your data is accurate
  • Confirm contact details
  • Verify uploaded documents
  • Check all spelling
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate

Mistakes here can slow down approval.

  1. Submit the Application

    Once complete:
  • Click Submit Application
  • You will receive an automatic confirmation message to say we received your application
  • You can review your application at any time from your Account Dashboard; https://www.gidgeshow.org.au/account/trade-applications
  • Your application will then move into the Gidge Show Trade Team review process.


 

What Happens Next?

Application Review

The Gidgegannup Show Trade team will review:

  • Product suitability
  • Documentation completeness
  • Space availability

Approval (or Refusal) & Payment

If approved, you’ll receive:

  • Confirmation email that you have been accepted
  • Stand allocation details
  • Invoice/payment instructions
  • Exhibitor manual access

If unsuccessful, you’ll receive:

  • Automatic notification email to confirm your application was unsuccessful this time

  • Missing documents
  • Unclear business description
  • Expired licenses or insurance

Showgrounds Open to Traders: Saturday 31 October 2026 (setup on Friday available with prior arrangement)

Bump In: 0600

Bump Out: 1630 unless planning to trade into the evening
