Food & Drink / Alcohol Vendor (All Areas)
Food vendors include food and drink vans, coffee vendors, alcoholic products vendors, ice cream vendors and standard 3 x 3 sites selling home-made or commercial goods.
If you're offering anything edible or drinkable including alcoholic products you're considered a food vendor.
Please refer to this City of Swan document regarding the sale of food and/or drinks within the Showgrounds. Vendors MUST have the relevant food business and alcohol sales permits where required.
The Ag Society reserves the right to limit the number or change the site allocations of vendors offering similar products.
AREA 2 FOOD VANS ONLY: If you indicate a preference to use site power and are allocated a powered site a $40 charge will be invoiced separately once your application is finalised.

The number of similar offerings such as ice cream vans are limited to ensure patronage and diversity of products.
Do not select this stand type for coffee vans - there is a specific stand type for these and numbers are limited.

This trade stall type suits those offering home-made or commercially-produced alcoholic drink products from a standard 3m x 3m site.
The alcohol vendor sites are all adjacent to the Food and Drink marquee.
Alcohol sales permits/licences must be uploaded with your application.
This trade stall type suits coffee van or stand operators.
The number of coffee van sites is limited to ensure patronage and product diversity.
Showgrounds entry for 2 vendor staff is included with each vendor application.
Each additional vendor staff add-on provides entry for a further two vendor staff.
